Here for your consideration is a gorgeous Vonsen Blue Nephrite Jade cabochon.. The swirling colors vary from blue to blue aqua interspersed with white. Vonsen Blue Nephrite Jade was discovered by Magnus Vonsen in 1949 on his ranch just north of Petaluma in Marin County, California. Vonsen Blue is one of the few true blue Nephrite Jades and it's pretty hard to come by in this quality.
Vitreous polish front and back. Generous radius dome. Hefty cut. A must have for the quality Jade collecting connoisseur.
